EVP Insurance Distribution
Prior to Superior Access, Tom was with The Hartford Property and Casualty Company for over 23 years. His experience ranged from development and direction of Direct Response Marketing, Operational Management, and P&C strategy. Tom was the VP of Service Center Strategy for Agency Personal Lines and Select Small Commercial. Prior to that role Tom was the Western Division GM in charge of a service center operation with over 500 staff members in the operation. This service center was accountable for AARP and Agency business across the country with an emphasis on Underwriting and Customer Experience.
SVP Finance and Carrier Management
Keith began his insurance career in the finance area for two personal lines insurance companies. In 1991, Keith joined the commercial lines division of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co as Finance and Operations Director responsible for the Midwest region. Shortly thereafter, Keith assumed responsibility for a program underwriting unit in Kansas City for FFIC where he began his foray into writing commercial and agricultural accounts. After leaving FFIC, Keith was the 3rd employee hired with Rockhill Underwriters (RU); a specialty MGU writing mainly umbrella accounts through wholesalers across the US. Keith was then asked to join the parent company of RU as COO of Midwestern General Agency, an MGA writing both binding authority and brokerage business. Keith left MGA to start his own retail insurance agency, completing his circle of experience having worked at the carrier, wholesaler, and retail agency levels.
Eric comes to Superior Access with over 20 years of leading financial and insurance operations. He started in the finance industry, with Janus Mutual Funds, building their Operations in both Denver, CO and Austin, TX. Eric then moved into successive leadership positions with Hartford Property and Casualty Company. He ran the Personal Lines Sales centers, Small Commercial Service and Underwriting dividsions and more recently was Vice President of Operations and Underwriting, The Hartford Small Commercial with over 700 staff members across three different service centers. Eric brings deep experience in Operational/Underwriting best practices with a focus on Customer Experience.
Director Agency Services
Muriel began her insurance career over 20 years ago working for Mercury Insurance as a claims adjuster. 10 years ago, Muriel joined Superior Access as the leader for Small Commercial Lines, taking on the responsibility of the Underwriting and Process Management. As Business Support Director Muriel leads the Service and New Enrollment areas helping new and existing members to get the Market training and Support necessary to grow with Superior Access Network Support.
Mark is responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for Superior Access Insurance Services. He has over 20 years of experience as a technology leader in industries such as insurance, entertainment, and financial. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched numerous technology initiatives to include workflow management, compliance management, patient information and GIS systems along with several multi-platform integrations. Although he has a proven track record in the development of technology, his true strengths reside in his leadership abilities and capacity to connect business with the right technology. His passion to enhance the user experience through technology has been critical in the development of the new, cutting-edge Superior Access Insurance Services platform.
Director Human Resources and Development
Andrea came to Superior Access with more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and training. Prior to her current role, Andrea worked for a Managed Services Operation and also in manufacturing. She has spent a considerable amount of time sourcing talent and also specializes in sales and customer service training. Andrea has a B.A. in Education from Arcadia University and a Masters in Organizational Psychology at University of Hartford.
