Superior Access understands the importance of being a leader in technology. We frequently roll out new updates to the platform so that agents are able to have the most up to date, market leading features. When our members ask and suggest new features, we listen. Our development team works hard in order to give you the services you want in a superior platform.
Property Data Pre-Fill
One of our biggest features released in September is the Property Data Pre-Fill. We are always looking for ways to make the quoting process easier and faster for our agents and their customers. Prefilled data property characteristics are pulled from a single input of address and will work for HO3, HO4, and HO6 products. The information you get will vary based on the information available, but in general you’ll receive:
- Year Built
- Square Footage
- Number of Stories
- Swimming Pool on Premise
- Foundation, Construction and Roof Type
- Automatic Replacement Cost
Not only does this make the quoting process similar for the agent, but it makes it faster. You will spend less time filling in information, and the customer will get their quote in less time. The data that is pre-filled will be accurate, so no more guessing from the customers if they don’t know a specific detail. Customers won’t need to flip through their paperwork, and you won’t need to search for property details online.
International Driver’s Licenses
We understand that an international driver’s license may be the only license that a customer has, and we wanted to make sure you have the ability to quote as many customers as possible. We have added the support of international driver’s licenses under “License Information” in the “State Licensed” box. Now, license type won’t hold you back from getting a real time online quote for your customer.
Bind Turn Around Time Improvements
We heard from you to speed up everything we do, and Binds are at the top of the list! If you are trying to bind a quote and are missing a piece of critical information, you’ll be asked to enter the information before proceeding to bind. This crucial information usually includes:
- Named Insured SSN #
- Driver’s License Numbers for all Operators on Auto Quotes
- VIN #’s for all vehicles on an Auto Quote
- Spouse Information if the Named Insured’s Marital Status is Married on Auto Quotes
Our Bind Confirmation Services will reduce delays, improve turnaround time and accuracy, and ultimately improve overall customer satisfaction. You will get alerts to missing information that Underwriters otherwise would have had to reach out for.
